Seal & Drain Tank Leaks Under Control
Suitable for oil tankers, liquid tank trucks, large containers and oil storage tanks, the suction cup creates a vacuum seal over the leak site while allowing liquid to drain through a discharge chamber — enabling the controlled drainage of hazardous substances.

Technical Specifications
Vacuum Seal, No Straps
The 200 mm circular sealing pad creates a vacuum seal over the leak while allowing liquid to drain through a discharge chamber.
Application Limits
Surface angle ≤ 45°; discharge hose must remain open; leak-point pressure ≤ 3 bar; close the valve when the low-pressure gauge reads 8 bar.

Operating Procedures
Assemble
Assemble the discharge valve, discharge hose and suction pad.
Connect
Connect the pressure reducer to the breathing-air cylinder and the connecting hose.
Cover
Place the suction pad over the leak site and attach the discharge hose.
Pressurise
Open the cylinder valve and adjust the low-pressure gauge to create the vacuum seal.
