Why 0.8 MPa is the standard

', 'Over-pressurization will cause air bag rupture and serious safety accidents. The rated pressure is not a target to beat — it is a hard limit. If a bag does not lift the load, the answer is a bigger bag or more bags, never more pressure.

', 'Test pressure is normally 1.2–1.5 times the rated working pressure and is used only for factory safety inspection. This is a factory test, not a field operating condition. Never use test pressure figures as a licence to run the bag harder on site.

', 'The supporting air compressor, control valve and pressure gauge must match the 0.8 MPa system. The pressure gauge is required to display real-time pressure during lifting, so the operator can see exactly what is happening at all times.

', 'Do not work under obviously insufficient pressure. Insufficient pressure will reduce the actual lifting capacity and cause unstable jacking. A half-inflated bag lifting a heavy load is dangerous — the load can shift sideways without warning.
